Hey Guys!!! Welcome back to Cupid’s Café," where I show you a several Valentine’s Day-inspired, aphrodisiac-based recipes that’ll inspire both you & bae.
Now can we talk about the lost art of love letters for a sec? I mean with all the modern day technology the art of a hand-writen note or love letter has seemingly faded into the backdrop & has become overshadowed with the inflow of text messages and emails, and has essentially become dare I say obsolete. So here’s a friendly reminder that love letters are still the wave and if ya don’t believe be then I dare you to write one to your special someone this Valentine’s day and see how much you make their day. And so, I challenge you to take things up another notch by pairing it with my "Mon Cherie Love Letter Pastry," alongside my, Strawberries Smooches Smoothie XOXO, from this blog post.
Now like I just mentioned, love letters have essentially become a lost art, and so just think of how special it is for one to receive love letters in this day in age. No, you don’t have to be William Shakespeare, but rather just speak from the heart. Sometimes the most beautiful love letters are the most simplistic.

Step 2 - Cut out diamond-shapes out of the dough.
Step 3 - Place a small amount of jam in the center of the diamond; As you can see I got a little carried away due to me having a sweet tooth; Don't do what I did unless you have a sweet-tooth as well haha!!
Step 4 - Fold up the sides of the dough to mimic that of an envelope.
Step 5 - Use the heart-shaped cookie cutter to make mini hearts using the excess dough.
