So summer is indeed my favorite season, but woo chileeee (!!!) not gonna lie, this heat wave is something serious!! However, one thing's for sure...It’s got me discovering fresh new ways of satisfying my appetite while maintaining efforts to try and stay cool in the process. Hence why I love me some POPSICLES and in this blog post recipe I decided to make them a little dirty. If I piqued your curiosity at all then stay tuned for my "Dirty Prosecco Papaya Pop" recipe. Now, try saying that 3 times fast!”

“Fun fact: If you didn’t know... I grew up in a Haitian household, so papaya was definitely one of the fruits that you’d always find in the fridge, as both my Mom & I stayed making papaya smoothies...Butttt if you’re not used to this fruit...It taste like a cross between cantaloupe & mango, and actually has a lot of health benefits....including cardiovascular health, vision health, hair, skin, & bone health, & so much more.

Since prosecco is a popular Italian white wine, I thought I'd pair it with one of my favorite Italian food staples...PIZZA! I made a thin margherita pizza topped with fig, goat cheese and agave drizzle cause if you know you know!! And with the prosecco pop…Can we just say heavennnn?”
